Shipping binnen Nederland € 6,95 vanaf 2,5 liter binnen Nederland € 0,00

Shipping buiten NL op basis van nacalculatie, bij afrekenen via onze webshop betaald u € 6,95. Indien de verzendkosten voor uw pakket naar een land buiten Nederland hoger zijn dan € 6,95 ontvangt u van ons een aanvullende factuur. Na betaling van deze aanvullende factuur verzenden wij uw aankopen.

We ship to countries outside the Netherlands based on an adjusted calculation. Please pay purchases via Paypal or Ideal in our webshop, you will pay € 6.95 and  you will receive an additional invoice from us. After payment of this additional invoice, we will ship your order.

Delivery is up to your front door at the ground floor. Please take in mind that we will make one attempt to deliver your paint.

A second delivery attempt is on your own expense.

Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If the courier hasn’t been able to deliver your parcel, new attempts will be at your own expense.

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage charges that may be incurred when the package is imported into your country. Any additional shipping costs, customs fees and taxes incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS 

It is very important that you test your favourite colours for an accurate colour representation with your particular surface and lighting conditions and to determine if the chosen product or product combination is fit for the intended purpose according to your standards. 1 Lt. pots are perfect for testing colour.

We cannot accept returns for paint deliveries, as each bucket of paint is made for you and your particular colour selection.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for any orders that have been fulfilled. It is the customers responsibility to check the order confirmation and immediatly in cases where changes are deemed necessary.

We do not offer refunds. We will replace any product that is proved to be faulty. We do not accept liability beyond replacing of faulty goods.

The goods must be thoroughly inspected by the customer or an authorised individual upon receipt in order to detect any transportation damage or deviation from the ordered goods, including mis-tints.

Customers who are merchants or commercial customers must ensure that any transportation and packaging damage detected is confirmed in writing by the carrier upon delivery and reported. We also ask, without legal obligation, that customers who are consumers notify us of any clearly identifiable transportation damage.

Please note: We do not accept consequential losses, due to time delays or application of mis-tinted or mis-labelled paints.  It falls into the responsibility and/or contractual obligation of the applicator to check that all supplied materials are up to the specifications; as is the timely ordering of materials by the responsible contractor to ensure the project is finished on schedule.
