Homeware and paint can be picked up at our showroom. Furniture on the other hand will be delivered to your doorstep.

Due to the fragility of our products, we decided not to ship your products but to work with a click & collect service at our showhome in Bloemendaal. Not only do we serve coffee, tea and sparkles, you’ll get inspired by the beautiful fragments of our home. We carry a lead-time of 1 working day from order to pick up.
All furniture will be shipped to your delivery address as we do not keep stock at our showroom. Delivery costs are not included in our prices and will be calculated after your order is placed, depending on location and freight. If you prefer to receive a quote before, please shoot us an e-mail at email@example.com.
Because we understand bigger pieces of furniture aren’t just a one click buy, we invite you to visit our showhome to see the products in real life. Book your appointment through our contact form. Lead times depend on availability of the product. You can send us a message to firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on your preferred product(s). You will receive an e-mail after your order with the exact shipping information and tracking number.
Delivery is up to your front door at the ground floor. Please take in mind that the courier will make one attempt to deliver your treasure, so make sure you are home at the day of delivery. If you’re not at home when the courier comes, he will take your item back to the warehouse. A second delivery attempt is on your own expense.
Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If the courier hasn’t been able to deliver your parcel, new attempts will be at your own expense.
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage charges that may be incurred when the package is imported into your country. Any additional shipping costs, customs fees and taxes incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
We can arrange international delivery at additional cost. For more information regarding shipping nationally and internationally, please shoot us a message at email@example.com. We will contact you as soon as possible with a quote of delivery time & prices.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your treasure, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. When you want to return your treasure to us, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order and payment confirmations.
You have the choice to deliver the item(s) to our store yourself or to let a courier deliver the item for you.
To deliver the item yourself, make an appointment with us (mail: email@example.com) to set a date and place for your return.
If you chose to let a courier return the item for you, please note that the shipping costs are on your own expense. Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. We are not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment. We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting. Damaged items will not be accepted. The item must be returned undamaged and with the labels attached. Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Once the item has been accepted the item will be refunded within 10 working days.
